A Kenton man will be spending 24 months in prison after pleading guilty to three charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office, Dustin Alan Teeters, whose last known address was 206 Garfield Ave., Apt. 1, Kenton, was found guilty of one count each of escape, failure to notify of change of address and grand theft of a motor vehicle.

A Kenton man was sent to a total of 45 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to three felony charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Please Court. According to court documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, Aaron Scott Miller, 525 N. Detroit St., Kenton, was found guilty of one count each of assault, possession of heroin and breaking and entering charges.

Mark W. Orlando, Chesterfield, Mich. – speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, amended to no tail lights, fined $25.

Michelle Juanit Newsome, 15464 Ohio 37, Forest – speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25. Lucas J. Kuhlman, 8217 Ohio 67, Kenton – speeding 48 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Fined $25 for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Crystal R. Marling, 16296 TR 64, Forest; and Teressa F. Combs, 9525 TR 50, Dola.

A Kenton man was sentenced to 24 months in prison on charges of tampering with evidence and criminal damaging or endangering. Cory Benjamin Shepherd, 210 W. Columbus St., Apt. D, Kenton, was found guilty of the charges in a jury trial recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

A 17-year-old male for speeding 67/55 mph zone, court ordered: carteens, 60-day license suspension with work and school privileges and fined $41.

Tyrell L. Spath, 107 1/2 E. Lima St., Forest – speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, amended to speeding 40 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15. Fined $25 for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Isaac J. Orians, Upper Sandusky; Chelsea Darlene Drew, 614 Chestnut St. Apt. C5, Forest; and April Kindle, 1915 Ohio 235, Ada.

Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for January: Franklin R. Vent and wife to Monte G. Vent and wife – part of Outlot 41, Original Plat, Forest. Tax $76.80.
