Blue Jupiter to perform 2 free shows at UF

FINDLAY — Blue Jupiter, a world-touring a cappella quartet, will give two free performances at the University of Findlay on Sept. 25, providing the community with multiple opportunities to enjoy their all-vocal talents. Blue Jupiter’s informal concert, as part of UF’s Music Bach’s Concert Series, will be held that day from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union’s atrium.

Celebration of choral music slated at ONU

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music presents a celebration of choral music as part of the ONU Homecoming festivities in the Snyder Recital Hall in the Presser Building on Friday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Ultimate Dogpawlooza returns to Findlay

FINDLAY — The Ultimate Dogpawlooza returns to Findlay on Sept. 12-13 at Riverbend Recreation Area, located at 16618 TR 208. Presented by the Humane Society and SPCA of Hancock County and the Hancock Park District, it features the 7th Annual Dog Walk and Ultimate Air Dogs.

Broadway stars to present UF concert on Sept. 13

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay will present, “An Evening with Rebecca Luker, Featuring Phil Reno” as part of this school year’s Donnell Broadway Concert Series. The concert will be held on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Winebrenner Theological Seminary’s TLB Auditorium.

Music slated Sunday at Roundhead park

ROUNDHEAD — There will be music in the park at Roundhead on Sunday, Aug. 23 from 2 to 6 p.m. The entertainment will include: The Country Expressions, a local traditional country band including Joyce Snow, vocals and drums; Bob Laubis on bass; Kenny Davis on steel guitar and Hank Hensley on lead guitar and vocals.
