Hardin Northern FFA hosted their Annual Elementary Ag Day on Monday, April 29. K-6 students at Hardin Northern were able to spend their day on the Crooks Family Farm learning about various agriculture topics, which were presented by the high school FFA members.

Sharing wisdom: Just help others

Zig Ziglar was famous for the line, "You can have everything in life you want, if you'll just help others get what they want.” That may sound manipulating on the surface or the only reason you are doing good is because you want something in return. However that wasn't the point. Someone has to go first, why not you.

Students in the news: May 4, 2019

ASHLAND -- Three area students completed their Ashland University degree requirements following the spring 2019 semester and will receive degrees at spring commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 4. Austin Phillips of Kenton will receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a 2015 graduate of Kenton High School.

Mother-Daughter Tea in Alger

Ladies young and old are invited to a Mother-Daughter Tea on Saturday, May 11 at 2 p.m. at the Neighbor to Neighbor Community Center, Alger. There is no charge to join the ladies from Alger First United Methodist Church for tea and fellowship. People with questions can call Connie Guyton at 419-634-0007.
