Kenton drainage project advances Hardin County is moving forward with plans to improve the drainage and reduce flooding on the south side of Kenton. City and county officials met at the commissioners’ office Thursday morning to review the plans to bore under the railroad located near the corner of South Main Street (Ohio 31) and Letson Avenue (formerly Fairground Road).
