Firefighters from the Alger Fire Department work on a kitchen fire at the Bonnie Minnix residence, 106 E. Place St., in Alger on Monday evening.   BELLEFONTAINE — A military couple from Kenton received a Quilt of Valor on Thursday from the Bellefontaine Friendly Quilters. Shane and Victoria Wood were presented the quilt by club member Phyllis Johnson in Bellefontaine.
