A crew works on replacing of the water service lines on Taylor Street in the village of Mount Victory on Monday afternoon. The village secured a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant to replace 12,000 linear feet of water lines and install 250 water meters. The project is being overseen by Page Engineering.
