A public hearing to review the proposed Hardin County Comprehensive Social Services Plan for fiscal year 2018 and 2019 is scheduled April 24 at 12:30 p.m in the second floor conference room of Hardin County Job and Family Services, 175 E. Franklin St., Kenton.

The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance young professionals members on Thursday will launch a new board-approved program and organization, within its Chamber Division, called Young Professionals Alliance. Its kickoff event will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Kenton Elks 157. The event is free for any young professionals wanting to learn more about the program and organization.
