Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP, the executive director of human resources for LaRosa's Inc., a regional pizzeria restaurant chain in southwest Ohio, has been elected to the Society for Human Resource Management’s Board of Director for 2016.

Tons of Fun owner among travel agents in Aulaini

Stephanie Temple, owner of Tons of Fun Travel in Kenton, recently took a business trip to Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii, attending an Agent Education Program (AEP) designed for elite agents. The Aulani AEP spent three days educating the travel agents about their state of the art facilities and amenities.

Lisa Cahill, formerly of Hair Studio, stands at her new location, Southern Exposure Hair Salon, located at 220 S. Main St., Kenton, inside Soap Opera Laundromat. The salon is open seven days a week by appointment from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Kelli Bostelman, the former owner of Unique Boutique and Spalon, has now joined the team of “The Element Salon and Spa,” along with Marie Miller, Angie Flint and Judy Cross. Kelli has worked 22 years in the beauty industry, 14 years owning a salon, otherwise as an independent contractor.
