Several staff members with Universal Home Health and Hospice of Bellefontaine recently completed additional education for their positions. Pamela Frost of Bellefontaine graduated with a doctorate in psychology from Capella University in October.

The Hardin County Agricultural Society met Wednesday, Dec. 26, for its January board meeting and holiday dinner at the Plaza Inn Restaurant in Mt. Victory. Eighteen directors were present and 25 guests were present. Corey Ledley, president, called the meeting to order.

The Hardin County Board of Elections will have the swearing in of the new director and deputy director at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 in the Common Pleas Courtroom. The regular meeting will immediately follow in the board office.

The Midwest Regional Educational Service Center will hold its reorganizational meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 at the Upper Scioto Valley Local School District board room, 510 S. Courtright Street, McGuffey. The meeting will be followed by the regular board meeting at 6:30 p.m.

Due to the Christmas holiday, the regularly scheduled December 24 meeting of the Board of Trustees of Pleasant Township has been changed. The meeting will take place on December 28 at noon at the the Rogers Nationwide office, 322 W Franklin Street, Kenton.
