West Liberty man sent to jail

A West Liberty man was sentenced to 90 days of local incarceration and five years of community control after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Austin Tyler Eshelman also was fined $150 and ordered to perform 75 hours of community service by Judge Scott Barrett.

Kenton man sent to jail

A Kenton man was sentenced to local incarceration after he was found guilty of charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kenneth Alan Styne, 721 S. Detroit St., Kenton, pleaded guilty to one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
