West Liberty man sent to jail A West Liberty man was sentenced to 90 days of local incarceration and five years of community control after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. Passport prices to increase in April The cost of a passport will increase in April. According to information from Hardin County Clerk of Court Carrie Haudenschield’s office, the U.S. State Department has announced beginning April 2, the passport acceptance fee (also known as the execution fee) will go from $25 to $35.
