Ada police officer enjoys community outreach efforts ADA — For Ada Police Officer Penny Keller-Clark, her responsibilities stretch far beyond those of a typical police officer and into the realm of community outreach. Penny has been with the Ada PD in a part-time position since 1989, serving in multiple roles such as mayor’s court bailiff from 1992 to 1993 and zoning inspector from 2003 to 2013.
