Police reports: January 4, 2018 Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle by a known suspect was reported from 1037 S. Main St. No. 27. Shortly after taking the report, the officer located the vehicle traveling on Walnut Street. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the driver, Brad Hipsher, 132350 CR 155, was placed under arrest for unauthorized use and operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Police reports: December 24, 2018 An officer observed two female juveniles walking in the 300 block of W. Columbus Street. The juveniles were out past the 10 p.m. curfew for a weeknight. Police reports: December 21, 2018 An individual reported finding damage to the rear door of his residence. According to the report, it appeared as though someone had kicked the door, damaging it and breaking one of the small windows in the door. Read More
