Kyrin L. Burroughs, 427 N. Main St., reported that she had left her wallet in her unlocked van last Wednesday, and sometime overnight, an unknown person entered the vehicle and took the wallet.

Logan R. Trombley, 346 N. Market St., reported that his debit card number had been used to purchase online game services.

Hardin Memorial Hospital reported an unsteady subject leaving on foot. A report was received of a loud boom heard in the 400 block of Summit St.

A report was received of a vehicle blocking an alley off of Ohio St. A theft was reported at Rent-A-Center.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Lima Street. An accident was reported in front of the post office on W. Franklin St.

Criminal damaging was reported at Seton Kenton Apartments. Suspicious males were reported in the 800 block of King St.

An officer responded to a report of theft of service at 1255 W. North St. Lot 11. Upon investigation, Renee L. Scroggs, same address, was issued a summons for theft.

Zachary C. Ewing, 420 Gilmore St., was issued a citation for a defective exhaust.

Chelsey M. Risner, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 40-D, reported that she became involved in an argument with a named suspect at her residence after he took her cell phone from her. While attempting to get it back, she was knocked to the floor and bit by the suspect.
