A domestic issue was reported in the 10 block of Resch Street. A loose Dalmatian was reported in the 400 block of Glendale Street.

Vandalism was reported at Lock It Up Storage, 999 Meadow Lane. A counterfeit $100 bill was found to have been passed at a local business and later found by Home Savings and Loan in a business deposit.

Ashley Nicole Wyomic, 417 Smith Ave., was arrested on a KPD warrant, issued a summons for possessing drug abuse instruments and cited for driving under suspension. Eden Lynn Osborne, 1004 S. Main St., was arrested on a warrant out of the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Friday Suspicious subjects were reported in the 100 block of S. High Street. Ryan Jeff Moore, Lakeview, was arrested on a warrant from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

A suspicious male was reported in the 900 block of E. Franklin Street. Winston Kilgore, Marion, was arrested on a bench warrant from Marion County.

A suspicious male was reported on a bike in the 600 block of Robinson Avenue. Huntington Bank advised of counterfeit bills coming from two business deposits.

Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Carrol Street for a report of unwanted juveniles wanting to fight. Hardin Memorial Hospital requested an officer in reference to a possible assault. A report was taken of a car parked illegally in a handicap spot at Forest Court Apartments.

Officers were called to apartment 54E at Forest Court, where they found Melissa Morrison unconscious on a couch in her front room. The call to the department had indicated an overdose at that location, according to the daylog. Moore was struggling with breathing when one dose of Narcan was delivered nasally and a second through an IV. Morrison regained consciousness and refused treatment at the scene, but passed out again when she attempted to walk away. She was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to the report.

Friday A verbal domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of E. North Street. Leon D. Billenstein, 12713 CR 265, was cited for a right of way when turning violation.

Aaron D. McGrath, 528 Decatur St., was arrested on a parole violation and transported to the Marion Multi-County Jail. A suspicious male was reported checking car doors in the 600 block of N. Main Street.
