An officer was flagged down at Kenton Village Apartments by a woman who reported her juvenile son’s bicycle had been stolen. Officers were called to 409 Waterworks Drive in reference to a fight. Upon investigation, Jody Van Hayter, 416 E. Franklin St., was issued summonses for assault and obstruction of official business, and Brittney Elaine Joseph, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 19-B, was issued a summons for assault.

An officer was dispatched to 356 Kuert Ave. for a report of a runaway juvenile. While in the Auto Zone parking lot in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street, an officer observed an altercation in the alley next to Jimmy’s Pizza. After an investigation, the suspect, Michael Allen Cunningham, 6562 U.S. 68, was arrested for domestic violence.

An officer was dispatched to 356 Kuert Ave. for a report of a runaway juvenile. A stolen vehicle out of Findlay was located in a parking lot at the corner of N. Barron and Summit streets. The vehicle was taken to the city garage for inside storage.

An officer was dispatched to 618 S. Oak St. for a report of unauthorized purchases on a debit card. An officer from the KPD met with an officer from the Lima Police Department in Maysville to receive custody of Roger D. Howard, Lima, who had a bench warrant out of the Hardin County Municipal Court.

Friday An individual reported their credit card had been fraudulently used. A report was taken of a suspect gaining access to the information for an individual’s child support debit card. There have been numerous charges on the card going back to February.

A 17-year-old male in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street was taken into custody on a warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office. An unwanted person was reported at 351 N. Leighton St.

An officer was requested for a report of truancy at Kenton High School. A possible theft was reported from Family Dollar. Officers were called to 655 N. Detroit St. for a report of trash being burned at the residence.

A caller reported that a known sex offender was in the company of two juvenile females in the 300 block of W. Carrol Street. Officers were dispatched to Lock It Up storage units at 999 Meadow Lane in reference to an anonymous tip of a female with a warrant or pick-up order. Upon investigation, Shantona Verity Ann Marie Armes, 311 N. Patterson St., Forest, was arrested on a Hardin County Municipal Court probation pick-up order, and Amanda Marie Beamer, 11843 Hillcrest Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

An officer was dispatched to 318 Letson Ave. in reference to a male with a bench warrant. Anthony Joseph Hites, LaRue, was located inside the residence and was arrested on a bench warrant out of Marion County. A vehicle theft was reported from 398 E. Forest Road.

Friday A report was received of a vehicle being vandalized at 980 Meadow Lane. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of E. North Street for a juvenile fight.
