BL student charged with rape on school bus BELLEFONTAINE — The Logan County Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation into an alleged rape of a child by an older student on a Benjamin Logan School District bus. According to a report from the Bellefontaine Examiner, a 15-year-old West Mansfield male was charged with rape and gross sexual imposition involving a female under the age of 10 while riding the bus home from school.
