Oates helps to spread prevention awareness Through her involvement with Prevention Awareness Support Services (PASS) in Kenton, Robin Oates has learned more about her community and the ways in which it can be made healthier. Robin has been with PASS – formerly the Partnership for Violence Free Families – since December of 2016 and is the project director for its Strategic Prevention Framework grant and the coalition coordinator for the Hardin County Community Coalition.
