Growing USV Ambulance District adding 2 full-time EMTs in Alger ALGER — The USV Ambulance District is growing and the result is an expansion of services and facilities. Helping Hands to begin offering last Saturday meal to bridge assistance gap As their Social Security funds dwindle toward the end of the month, many area senior citizens and those on financial assistance find themselves searching for a meal.
