Sharing good vibes

Putting smiles on the faces of Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center residents and staff is something Sonya Petty does very well. She is the outreach coordinator with the Mary Lou Johnson Library in Kenton and lands at KNRC each month full of energy, good vibes and a song in her heart which she shares with residents as she rocks the room with her music.

Senior nutrition: July 17, 2019

A meal is served at 11:15 a.m. weekdays for people ages 60 and older at the Hardin County Council on Aging in Kenton. Meals are for donation only. Next week the seniors will enjoy meals served at the monthly S.O.U.P. service provided in the fellowship hall at St. John’s Evangelical Church in Kenton.

The Price is Right has long been a favorite activity of residents at Kenton Nursing and Rehab Center. The Kenton Kroger store makes the game possible by allowing Beth Dear, activity director, (pictured) to “borrow” 12 items each week.
