Residents of Hardin Hills Health and Rehab in Kenton took a chilly fall trip to Althauser’s Pumpkin Patch. All residents who went got to get a pumpkin.

Senior Box Program has openings

West Ohio Food Bank currently, has approximately 50 openings in its Senior Box Program available for anyone 60 years of age and older and is within 130 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. This box includes shelf stable food, along with a 2-pound block of cheese.

Ada Seniors have dinner in rural Forest

Members of the Ada Senior Citizens car-pooled to the home of Kathy Miller in rural Forest for a dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 30. The 21 members enjoyed a dinner of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, noodles, green beans and assorted home made pies.

Residents of Hardin Hills Health and Rehab Center enjoyed a nice day and took a trip to Findlay, stopping at Cheddars Restaurant for a lunch outing with the activity staff.

Stout to celebrate 90th birthday

Lois Stout will celebrate her 90th birthday on Oct. 5, 2015. In her honor, her family will be hosting an open house at the McDonald Grange Hall, 5898 CR 150, Kenton on Sunday, Oct. 4 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Hardin Hills Health and Rehab Center residents and staff enjoy a day at the Hardin County Fair. They facility made daily trips and all residents who wanted to attend got to go and enjoy a day.
