Due to the large number of players on Saturday for the Ron Barker Outing, the golf course will have limited parking at the club house. There will be parking at the private cart barn and at the park area.

Kenton plays Celina tight in loss

For more than three-quarters of Tuesday’s Western Buckeye League girls soccer contest, Celina couldn’t get much separation from Kenton. But the Bulldogs (12-4, 7-2 WBL) scored two goals in the final 16:12 for a 3-0 victory.

Raiders clinch share of CBC title

ST. PARIS — Ben Logan clinched at least a share of the Central Buckeye Conference Mad River Division title with a five-set volleyball victory over Graham on Tuesday. The Raiders (12-9, 8-1 CBC) won 19-25, 25-16, 25-22, 16-25, 15-10 in a matchup of the only one-loss teams in Mad River play.

Bulldogs suffer 1st NWC loss

ADA — Ada got off to a good start, but couldn’t finish off Columbus Grove in Northwest Central Conference volleyball Tuesday. Grove (13-9, 5-3 NWC) handed Ada its first NWC loss of the season, winning 10-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-12.

Ada girls grab third straight win

SYCAMORE — After going winless in its first 12 matches, the Ada girls soccer team won its third straight by beating Mohawk, 3-1, on Tuesday night in the Warriors “Pink Game” for cancer awareness at Warrior Field. Ada (3-10-2, 1-7 North Central Ohio Soccer Association) scored twice in the first half and answered a goal by Mohawk (2-11-1, 0-8 NCOSA) in the second half.

Kenton defeats Bellefontaine in boys soccer

Kenton sent its seven seniors out in style Monday night, defeating Bellefontaine 1-0 in a boys soccer nonconference clash. “It’s great to send the seniors off with a home win,” Kenton coach Jamie Bartlett said. “They all contributed, no matter where they were on the field.

PANDORA — Riverdale completed its regular season with a four-set loss to Pandora-Gilboa on Monday evening. The Rockets – who won 25-15, 25-17, 0-25, 25-22 – forfeited the third set because of a player having too many sets played.

Falcons shut out in loss to Swanton

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale was shut out for just the second time all season Monday, falling 1-0 to Swanton in nonconference girls soccer. The Bulldogs (13-3) broke a scoreless draw with a goal in the second half.
