McGUFFEY — The Upper Scioto Valley varsity football scrimmage against Ridgedale originally scheduled to be played at Ridgedale on Saturday has been moved and will be played at Upper Scioto Valley beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday.

Bluffton defeated Kenton 4-1 in the Lady Wildcats home tennis opener on Thursday afternoon. Kenton’s only win came at No. 1 doubles as Kayce Sherman and Samantha Lowe won a three-set match over Pearl Lewandowski and Ellison Puglesy 6-2, 4-6, 7-6 (9-7).

UPPER SANDUSKY — Mykaela Schriber was the lone winner for Kenton as the Lady Wildcats fell to Upper Sandusky 4-1 in their opening tennis match of the summer on Wednesday afternoon. Schriber, playing at No. 1 singles, topped the Rams’ Mara Smalley 6-0, 6-3.

OSTRANDER — Ben Logan defeated North Union 174-233 in a high school girls golf match on Wednesday afternoon at Mill Creek Golf Course. Sydney Wesson carded a 37 to earn medalist honors for the Raiders.

Shawnee defeated Kenton 170-182 in a Western Buckeye League boys golf match at Memorial Park Golf Course on Wednesday afternoon.

Ottawa-Glandorf defeated Kenton 154-187 in a Western Buckeye League golf match at Memorial Park Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon. Kenton was led by Noah Ketcham and Carson James who both carded 46s. Trey Jefferies followed with a 47 and Lucas Hites added a 48.

BELLEFONTAINE — The Ben Logan boys golf team defeated Indian Lake 178-187 at Cherokee Hills on Tuesday. For the Raiders, Ethan Ricketts led the way with a 38. He was followed by Alex Naragon with a 45, Jacob Mitchell with a 47, Bryce Loomis and Aiden Elsass with 48s and Trey Allen with a 51. For the JVs, Carston McCain led the way with a 53.

BELLEFONTAINE — The Ben Logan girls golf team shot a score of 164 to win a quad match with Graham, Indian Lake and Northwestern at Liberty Hills on Tuesday.
