SPRINGFIELD — Northwestern edged Ben Logan 2-1 in a Central Buckeye Conference boys soccer match on Monday afternoon. George Kern scored the Raiders’ goal on a double assist from Rylan Studebaker and Dylan Welch.

RIDGEWAY — Ridgemont avenged a loss to Kenton earlier in the day and defeated the Wildcats in a rematch 16-25, 27-25, 25-17 to claim the championship of the first Keegan McKee Memorial Tournament. The Gophers, who topped Upper Scioto Valley 25-15, 25-9 in their opening round match before falling to the Wildcats 20-25, 25-21, 25-21 in the their second match of the day, improve to 10-6 on the season.
