In singles competition, Marion Harding's Maggie Pitts defeated Kenton's Mykaela Schriber 6-1, 6-2 in the No. 1 match; Nicole Flock bested Kenton's Kelsey Flowers 4-6, 6-3, 10-7 (super tie-breaker) and Tyler Simmers bettered the Wildcats’ Lily Osborn 6-0, 6-2.

LIMA — The Kenton High School golf team topped Bath 195-224 in its Western Buckeye League opener at Hidden Creek Golf Course on Thursday. Rocco Longbrake carded a 46 to lead the Wildcats, while Ethan Wirbel followed with a 48.
