In addition to the fines levied against defendants who are found guilty, $39 in state costs, $30 in court costs, $6 for court special projects and $5 for the court computerization fund will be assessed, a total of $80.

Mark Suckow, Granger, Ind. – speeding 71 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25.
Fined $25 for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Jonathon A. Burns, 660 N. Cherry St., Kenton; Royce L. Vanatta, Harrod; Paige A. Waugh, Dublin and Nancy Carolyn Johnson, Missouri City, Texas.
Fined $25 for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Zachary A. Murdock, Hilliard and Anthony M. Wren, Reynoldsburg.
Rodney A. Dysert, 0945 CR 20, Ada – speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25.
Nooruldeen S. Al Zirjawi, Hilliard – speeding 76 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $85.

Shawn Waterbeck, Port Huron, Mich. – driving under suspension, fined $250, 16 hours of community service and operator’s license suspended for two months; speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25.
Curtis Douglas, 324 Smith St., Kenton – failure to reinstate, amended to operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, fined $250; driving under suspension (FRA), dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations.
Joshua W. Biederman, 7 Furney St., Kenton – operating a vehicle while intoxicated, fined $400, 15 days in jail with 12 days suspended and a three-day jail credit upon completion of an ATSI program, operator’s license suspended for one year and supervised probation for one year; drug abuse, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations; leaving the scene of an accident, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations; reasonable control, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations.

Ricky A. Todd, 21373 CR 144, Kenton – fictitious registration, fined $50.
Rachel E. Horne, 121 S. Wayne St., Kenton – improper backing/starting, fined $35.
Chris N. Cordero, Columbus – marked lanes violation, fined $35.
Jacob A. Fullom, 902 N. Front St., Alger – registration violation, fined $50.
Chris Wireman, 201 E. Wagner St., Alger – registration violation, fined $75. Case was heard by sitting Judge Charles VanDyne.
Fined $35 for a stop sign violation were: Ashley Ann Drumm, 404 Levings St., Keºnton; Robert J. Rudary, Independence and Marcus D. Lowe, Lima.
Korey Lynn Kaylor, 522 N. Wayne St., Kenton – tinted windows violation, fined $35.
CRIMINAL
Tomisha Osborne, LaRue – criminal trespassing, fined $150 and three days in jail with credit for three days served; domestic violence, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations; theft, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations; child endangering, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations.
Amy L. Ramirez, 3075 CR 80, Alger – passing a bad check, fined $225, five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, unsupervised probation for six months and restitution in the amount of $73.52; passing a bad check, five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, unsupervised probation for six months and restitution in the amount of $95.45. Jail sentence is concurrent with first count.
Tammy Bennett, 418 Stevens St., Kenton – failure to confine a dog, fined $35; failure to register a dog, fined $35.
Justin D. Manns, Huber Heights – resisting arrest, fined $225, 180 days in jail with 174 days suspended and credit for one day served, and unsupervised probation for one year; possession of drug-abusing instruments, fined $225, 180 days in jail with 174 days suspended and credit for one day served, operator’s license suspended for six months and unsupervised probation for six months. Jail sentence is concurrent with first count.
Nathaniel H. Bell, 100 Pioneer St., Dunkirk – criminal trespassing, fined $150, three days in jail with two days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, and unsupervised probation for six months. Case was heard by sitting Judge Charles VanDyne.
Fined $50 for disorderly conduct were: Aaron T. Cross, 4139 Ohio 235 Apt. 5, Ada and Travis D. Dysert, 335 W. Buckeye Ave., Ada. Cases were heard by sitting Judge Charles VanDyne.
Julie A. Bovender, 430 N. Johnson St., Ada – open container in a motor vehicle, fined $100. Case was heard by sitting Judge Charles VanDyne.
Tyler J. Hale, 829 TR 35, Ada – underage consumption, fined $250, five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, and unsupervised probation for six months.
SMALL CLAIMS
