Amy L. Ramirez, 3075 CR 80, Alger – passing a bad check, fined $225, five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, unsupervised probation for six months and restitution in the amount of $73.52; passing a bad check, five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail, unsupervised probation for six months and restitution in the amount of $95.45. Jail sentence is concurrent with first count.
Tammy Bennett, 418 Stevens St., Kenton – failure to confine a dog, fined $35; failure to register a dog, fined $35.
Justin D.
