Country Expressions featured at R’head-McDonald Park

ROUNDHEAD — The Country Expressions, a local Country and Western band playing many favorites, will entertain at the Roundhead McDonald Park in Roundhead from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19. The entertainment is free to the public and will be held at the shelter with a 50/50 drawing-Hospice Benefit.
These seasoned musicians have provided entertainment in the area for many years, performing with numerous bands since the late 1960s. Several “musician friends” will be joining the band for an afternoon of country music.
There will be audience seating in the shelter along with picnic tables. It is suggested to bring a lawn chair. There will be easy-access parking in the area and the Roundhead Volunteer Fire Department will provide a concession.
Everyone is invited to come spend the afternoon at the park.
