Entry Fee: $3.00
Entries to be made day of show at the announcer’s stand. All class entries will close two classes before class shows. No Exceptions. Superintendent may cancel classes due to time limitations with entry fee refunded for classes canceled only. Scratched classes are non-refundable.
Speed shows will run simultaneously with Halter Class.
RULES:
The Hardin County Agricultural Society requires horse helmets be worn by all participants age 19 and under in junior fair and open class horse shows.
1.    All open class exhibitors must have a membership or season ticket.
2.    No stallions permitted to show.
3.    No stall space provided for open class entries.
4.    Anyone entering walk trot classes not eligible to ride in three gaited classes. (unless stated otherwise)
5. 4-H rules apply to open show.
6. Ponies must show all day as pony.

1 shown          $7
6 or less shown    $9 – $7 - $5
7 or more shown    $9 – $7 – $5 – $1
Ribbons to five places in each class.

All contestors bits wil be checked by Judge before any of the classes start.
1. Pole Bending – Horse and Pony
2. Barrels – Horse and Pony
3. Flag Race – Horse and Pony
4. Ball Race
5. Down and Back
6. Open Halter Weanling and Yearling – 2011 and 2012
7. Open Horse Halter Mares
8. Open Horse Halter Gelding
9. Pony Halter
10. Youth Western Showmanship Horse 8-13 as of January 1, 2012
11. Youth Western Showmanship Horse 14-18 as of January 1, 2012
12. Small Fry Showmanship 7 and Under Horse and Pony Western and English as of Jan. 1, 2012
13. Adult Western Showmanship 19 and Over as of Jan. 1, 2012 or too old for 4-H
14. Youth Pony Western Showmanshiop 8-18 as of January 1, 2012
15. Lead-line riders 7 and Under (cannot ride in any other class). Leader, any age (double entry-double payback) (Does not count in high point youth).
16. English Showmanship – Horse/Pony, all ages
17. Bareback Horsemanship or Equitation

* 19 and Over Classes are for Exhibitors that are too old for 4-H
* An award will be presented to the high point youth – one horse/one rider combination – Hardin County Horse 4-H Clubs
