Winners of fair drawings

The winners of the American flags from the veterans booth at the Hardin County Fair were:
Tuesday – Dee Bartlett, donated by AMVETS 1994; Paul Dickenson, donated by Hardin County Veterans Service Commission;
Wednesday – Bonnie Strawder, donated by VFW 3816; Sherry Poeppelman, donated by C. Pindal, disabled veteran;
Thursday – Cindy McClain, donated by American Legion 198; Darcy Ruppright, American Legion 259;
Friday – Frank Boehm, donated by VFW 1182; Marilyn Grigsby, donated by VFW 8832;
Saturday – Rick Smith, donated by VFW 9381;
Sunday – Bill Jones, donated by VFW 6817.
Those who have not yet picked up their flags may do so at the Veterans Office in the courthouse on the first floor, Suite 120.

Sally Cozad of Kenton was the winner of the recycled plastic lumber bench given away at the North Central Ohio Solid Wast District, Hardin/Allen/Union counties booth at the Hardin County Fair.
Her entry was drawn by 5-year-old Diamond Burden from 916 registered during the six-day event.
The bench had a value of $156 and was made from milk jugs.
