LIMA — Three area students were honored by the District 8 Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
They are Hannah Pitts, a senior at Kenton High School and Sarah Clum and Mitchel Boehm, both seniors at Ada High School.
They were recognized during the 2012 District 8 FCA Spring Banquet on April 15 at Grace Community Church for their Christian testimony and outstanding huddle leadership, as well as academic and athletic accomplishments.
Pitts is the daughter of Marsha Pennington. She is an active member of the Kenton FCA huddle, utilizing her creative and musical talents. In addition to FCA, Pitts is involved with track.

Clum is the daughter of Marty and Pam Clum. She is one of the founding youth leaders for the Ada FCA Chapter, which is in its inaugural year. In addition to FCA, Clum is involved in soccer, track, and is a scholar athlete.
Boehm is the son of Tom and Cindy Boehm. He is one of the founding youth leaders for the Ada FCA Chapter, which is in its inaugural year. In addition to FCA, Boehm is involved in golf and is a scholar athlete.
The banquet featured former NFL Lineman Shawn Harper as the keynote speaker.
District 8 FCA covers Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam, and Van Wert counties.
