The Benjamin Logan FFA had royalty at the 2012 Logan County Fair. At left, Amber Hites was selected as Beef Queen. She is the daughter of Harvey and Jodi Hites and they reside in Belle Center. Amber is a senior at Benjamin Logan High School and Ohio High-Point Career Center, where she plays soccer for the Lady Raiders. She showed market lambs and T- Bone steers through 4-H and FFA at the fair for three years. Outside of FFA she is very involved in her church and church youth group. At right, Jessica Skidmore was selected as Poultry Queen. She is the daughter of Chuck and Judy Skidmore of Rushsylvania. Jessica is a junior at
Benjamin Logan, where she plays softball and is involved in band. This past year was her second year in FFA where she was on the PoultryJudging and Food Science Team. For the 2012-2013 school year Jessica will serve on the chapter officer team as vice president. She showed poultry, hogs, cake decorating, creative writing, food and nutrition and through 4-H for the Logan County Fair for eight years.
