Charlotte Elizabeth

Dan and Jen (White) Mulligan of Knoxville, Tenn., are the parents of a 7-pound, 4-ounce, 19 1/2-inch girl, Charlotte Elizabeth, born at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Grandparents are Mary Mulligan of Kenton and the late Jerry Mulligan, and Mark and Deborah White of Painesville Township. Great-grandfather is James J. White of Euclid. The infant joins a sister, Mackenzie, at home.
