HN plans kindergarten screening on April 5 Posted on January 31, 2017 0 DOLA — Kindergarten screening at Hardin Northern School for the 2017-2018 school year has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the junior high/elementary gym. Your child must be 5 years of age on or before Aug. 1, 2017 to be eligible for next year’s kindergarten class. You must register your child for kindergarten screening in the elementary office prior to the screening date. Please call 419-759-2331 and ask for Mrs. Thiel to set up an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on regular school days. When registering your child, please bring with you the following: child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records/health history, custody papers (if applicable) and proof of residency (anything with your name and current address, such as driver’s license, billing, etc.). You will also be asked to fill out all necessary paperwork at the time of registration, which will take approximately one hour.
