KCS announces preschool/kindergarten registration information Posted on March 8, 2017 0 Preschool and kindergarten registration/screening for the Kenton City School District will be April 10, 11, 12 and 13 at the Kenton Elementary School, 631 Silver St., Kenton. Parents need to schedule an appointment with Carol Scott, Administration Assistant at 419-673-7248, ext. 1001. Parents/guardians should bring the child’s birth certificate (not birth record), Social Security card, immunization record, custody papers, (if applicable), physical (dated Jan. 1, 2017 or after), photo ID and proof of residency. To register for preschool, the child must be three years old on or before Aug. 1, 2017. To register for kindergarten, the child must be five years old on or before Aug. 1, 2017.
