R’dale students win contest, will lay wreath Posted on March 18, 2017 0 MOUNT BLANCHARD — Four Riverdale eighth-grade students have earned the opportunity to participate in the placing of a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown when the class visits the nation’s capital in May. The winners were determined by a panel judging essays written by the students. The top honors went to Makena Barnes, Allyson Greer, Natalie Schoenberger and Tori VanBuskirk.
