Tree planted

A Royal Burgundy cherry tree was planted Monday by the Ridgemont sixth-graders under the guidance of the Mount Victory Tree Commission Member Barb Snyder. Mayor Laura Williams read a proclamation thanking Sandy and Carl Deckler for the restoration of a house they own, which is located in the background. The tree commission consists of Snyder, Peggy Harrison, Rosey Coy, Charles Walters, Jerry Gaukin and David Hoag.
