Trunk or Treat at USV Posted on October 29, 2018 0 McGUFFEY — Upper Scioto Valley Schools will host Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Scioto Sound will be performing at 5:15 p.m. and the junior class is planning to sell hot cocoa and have games for the kids.
