Buggy-vehicle accident

A crash involving an Amish buggy and a vehicle occurred this morning just inside Union County on Ohio 31 at Cunningham-Arbela Road. The driver of the vehicle reportedly struck the buggy, carrying three people, from behind. Of the four injured, including the driver of the vehicle, none are in life-threatening condition, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
