My hat is off to the town council of Dunkirk for addressing the delinquent behavior of kids in the town. Way to go for locking up the picnic tables at the park to help alleviate some of the vandalism. I really admire my former classmate, Terrie Cramer, for stepping up and not being intimidated by anyone in the community and taking a tough stance on important issues and saying some things that need to be said. Even though I no longer live in the community, I am still concerned and interested in what is going on in Dunkirk.
