RE: In this article it is stated that Heath Chaffee has yet to be sentenced. Wednesday May 9th
he plead guilty to Complicity to Robbery F2 and has been sentenced as follows: To be committed to the OD Rehabilitation and Corrections for a period of four years, $l00.00 fine, pay court costs, pay restitution of $18.60. He also agreed to cooperate in the cases of John Morrissey III and Raquel Ream ( her jury trial is scheduled September 12.
