KKK case continued

Kevin Gibbs, who faces aggravated menacing charges as a result of a Klu Klux Klan event in Mount Victory on March 23, was given a continuance to consult with an attorney during a hearing this morning in Hardin County Municipal Court.
Community members confronted about a dozen members of the KKK as they marched on a sidewalk on North Main Street in the village. The residents asked the group to leave the community.
Witnesses told deputies on the scene Gibbs, of Hamilton, stood behind a woman, pulled out a gun and threatened to kill a black member of the local group. He pointed the gun at the ground.
A new court date had not been assigned at presstime.
