Blizzard warning

Ohio motorists are being warned that driving conditions will deteriorate as a major winter storm moves in.
Hardin County is among a swath of Ohio counties under a blizzard warning, while other counties in the state have winter weather warnings. The blizzard warning is set to expire at 1 a.m. Thursday.
Snow is expected to be heaviest in western and parts of northern Ohio. Hardin County is expected to see 6 to 10 inches.
The first major closing due to the storm is the Hardin County Court-house, which was closing at noon.
Authorities say driving conditions will be “extremely dangerous,” in the areas with blizzard conditions, with visibility near zero in blowing snow.
