Former KHS grad, OSU drum major, pleads guilty to sexual battery

Former Ohio State drum major and Kenton High School graduate Christopher Stewart Kitchen has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual battery from a 2015 incident at his Columbus home.

In a plea agreement announced Monday morning in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, WCMH reports, four of the charges were dropped against Kitchen, 29, in exchange for his guilty plea.

Sentencing has been set for June 29. The Columbus Dispatch is reporting Kitchen could receive as much as five years in prison for the offense.
