Halloween parade set Wednesday in Dunkirk Posted on October 23, 2015 0 DUNKIRK — The third annual Dunkirk and Community Halloween Parade, hosted by the Northern Hardin County Fire District, is planned for Wednesday, Oct. 28. The parade will line up on Walnut Street at 6:30 p.m. and will begin at 7 p.m. It will conclude at the fire station for judging. Cash and other prizes will be awarded. Judging will occur for the scariest and most creative costumes in each of the following five age groups: 0-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-17 and 18 and up. The best float and best group also will be judged. Donuts and cider will be provided at the fire station following the parade.
