Hardin County walks for a cure

Members of Team Silver Linings was one of 17 to take part in the seventh annual Relay For Life of Hardin County at the fairgrounds Friday evening. Cancer survivors Amanda Manns, Jodi Pfeiffer and Shelly Osborn were honored during opening ceremonies and Manns shared her experience in her fight against cancer. The event began at 6 p.m. and continues through noon today.

Cancer survivors, caregivers and supporters joined together to form a human ribbon during the seventh annual Relay For Life of Hardin County Friday night at the fairgrounds. A large crowd of supporters enjoyed the games, music and still raised funding for the American Cancer Society.
