MV man missing Posted on June 10, 2015 0 Richard McCafferty Help is being sought in locating a Hardin County man who friends say has been missing for 10 days. Richard McCafferty was last seen leaving his father’s home in Mount Victory on Sunday, May 31. He was driving a 1996 light/mint green Toyota Tercel with Ohio tag FSP 6804. Anyone with information is asked to pass it on to any law enforcement agency in Ohio.
