Railroad repair to begin Monday in Dunkirk Posted on April 3, 2015 0 LIMA — U.S. 68 between Washington Street and Wayne Street in the village of Dunkirk will close April 6 for approximately one week for railroad repair, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District 1 office in Lima. Traffic will be detoured onto Ohio 81, Ohio 235 and U.S. 30 back to U.S. 68. Work is being performed by LandRail Inc., of LaOtto, Ind.
