Restaurants closed Posted on April 9, 2015 0 The Kenton-Hardin Health Department is ordering all restaurants within the city of Kenton to close until further notice as a result of the water main break. The health department is advising all citizens of Kenton to use bottled/gallon water to use for sanitation and cooking purposes in the home until further notice. As this time the following stores will remain open, Walmart, Kroger, Kmart and all pharmacies. All gas stations are prohibited from serving hot food and fountain drinks. They may sell packaged food and prepackaged drinks. Most offices in the county courthouse closed today at 1:30 due to the water main break.
