Work planned on Hester St. Posted on July 25, 2017 0 Weather permitting, Shelly Company will mill/grind Hester Street, between Summit and Columbus streets, on Wednesday and Thursday, according to Kenton Safety Service Director Jim Hites. All vehicles need to be moved from the street prior to 7:30 a.m. during this construction. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense.
