Buddy Lee ‘Bud’ Collins Posted on March 14, 2017 0 Buddy ‘Bud’ Collinsage 83, Kenton A memorial service for Buddy Lee “Bud” Collins will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Craig Mansfield. Amvets Post 1994 will conduct military rites. At Collins’ request, his body has been donated to The Ohio State University Medical Research Program. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Ohio State University Medical Research Program or to the First Baptist Church, Kenton.
