age 81, Kenton
Services for Carolyn D. Beach will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor John Dyer. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Kenton.
Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Friday.
She died at 7:13 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at the Sunrise Assisted Living Center in Findlay.
She was born June 26, 1931 in Hardin County to Charles Foster and Josephine (Dunson) Herman. On Oct. 19, 1952 in Dola she married Gordon S. Beach and he preceded her in death on May 16, 2012.
Surviving are two sons, Jeffrey L. (Vickie) Beach of Kenton and Jan W. (Cynthia) Beach of Rushsylvania; a daughter, Jennifer L. Jennings of Worthington; grandchildren, Janelle R. (Matthew) Roth of Indianapolis, Ind., Sheri R. Amweg of Mount Victory, Jamison Jennings of Columbus, Brian C. (Kimberly) Beach of Mount Victory and Bailey Beach of Rushsylvania; great-grandchildren, Abbigail Amweg of Mount Victory, Hannah and Alexander Beach of Mount Victory and Madison and Blake Roth of Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Christa Beach of Kenton; a sister and brother-in-law, Janet (Ronald) Born of Perrysburg and a step-sister, Dora Flowers of Kenton.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Elgene Herman and a step-father, Thomas Clark.
She was the co-owner along with her husband Gordon of Ault Implement in Kenton.
She graduated from Mount Victory High School.
Carolyn was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Kenton. She was a past member of the Painter Creek Grange and the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Dola.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and/or Bridge Hospice.
